Job Description

Dynamic south suburban law firm seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of labor & employment experience and litigation experience in both federal and state courts. The ideal candidate will have experience in union negotiations and arbitrations. With respect to litigation, the candidate will have experience drafting, presenting and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and handling written and oral discovery. Municipal and/or school law experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have the following traits:

– Strong analytical and writing skills
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task and complete tasks timely
– Strong professional and interpersonal skills
– Ability to interact effectively with clients

Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes: Medical, dental and vision insurance and 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Required skills
